The problem
In nurseries and preschools, daily communication still runs on paper forms, notebooks and crowded WhatsApp groups. Parents only hear about their child's day in the evening, receipts get lost, medication times live in a teacher's memory, and queues form at the gate at pick-up time.
The solution
MiniPano brings the school's entire daily operation onto one board: teachers enter attendance, reports and medication, parents see it on their phones at the same moment, and the principal runs the whole school from a single screen.
It's built as a multi-tenant SaaS where every school runs on its own isolated data. It offers the same experience on the web, Android and iPhone, and important updates arrive as instant phone notifications.
01One app
Attendance, daily reports, medication and announcements in one place. Everything a teacher enters shows up on the parent's screen immediately, while the principal oversees the whole school from one screen.
02Parent screen
Sleep, meals, mood and the teacher's note on one screen every day, alongside class photos, medication times and announcements.
03Door pick-up and school bus
Parents tap “I'm at the door!” or pick an arrival time, so the child is ready and there's no queue at the gate. The bus attendant sends an “almost there” alert with one tap.
04Teacher desk
Bulk attendance and daily reports take a few taps. Teachers get a reminder when medication is due and each dose is logged with a timestamp, so nothing is given twice.
05School management
Principals set up students, classes, staff and buses, and track fees, due dates, uploaded receipts and a financial summary in one place. At the end of term, reports across five development areas are shared with parents.

Engineering
Every request runs with the signed-in user's own role, and PostgreSQL row-level security (RLS) decides who can see which data. Schools' data is fully isolated from each other.
Every database change reaches screens instantly via pg_notify and Server-Sent Events; changed rows are re-read for each recipient with their own permissions.
iOS and Android apps built with Capacitor, using the phone's own push infrastructure (FCM, APNs) plus web push. Tapping a notification opens the right screen.
Sessions use httpOnly cookies and are stored only as SHA-256 hashes; passwords are protected with bcrypt and sign-in attempts are rate-limited.
A consent flow, in-app “Delete my account” and a public account deletion page. No ads or tracking, and no data shared with third parties.
Android and iOS releases are built and signed on GitHub Actions; the server runs on Docker.
The child's day, an announcement banner and an “absent today” notice that feeds attendance automatically.
